Iverson and clippers have a sit down

A.I. and LAC had a meeting yesterday, and are now supposed to be working on a deal. Now the clippers have great potential but what they lack is defense. This is a great opportunity for Iverson to play in a big city, show everybody he is still an elite scorer, and set himself up to get a better deal in 2010. But I don't think the clips are making any progress what so ever and heres five reason why.

  1. He has never been a good defender so now you have to cover for him and their already a bad defensive team (6th in points allowed per game at 103.87).

  2. Do you start him and stunt Eric Gordon's growth or bring him off the bench where he might become a distraction in the locker room.

  3. If he does start can him and Baron Davis play together two guys who like to dominate the ball (a little to much) rarely works.

  4. Can he stay focused in the L.A. night life.

  5. Will he be playing to win which icludes sharing the ball, and accepting his role or will he just be looking ahead to 2010 which means he'll be bubba chuckin em up there taking about 30 to 35 shots a game. And if he comes off the bench... all the shots are his.

A.I. in L.A good for him bad for them.
